A rare opportunity has arisen to join the HR team at Chatham House. We are looking for a people-centred, curious and values-driven HR Manager to join our ambitious, high-performing team.
We are a small but mighty team: collaborative, forward-thinking and focused on delivering real value. The role would suit someone looking to broaden their strategic HR experience and, over time, develop towards a future Head of HR position.

What you’ll do
Manage complex employee relations cases, including redundancies.
Build trusted stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
Provide practical HR advice and guidance.
Contribute to HR projects and policy development.

Salary: £45,000 per year.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: St James's Square, London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite at least 2 days per week.
